Camille de Metz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2007, they worked as a Business Development professional at Mediakeys. The following year, they progressed to become an Account Manager at Mediakeys Spain, where they focused on the sale and follow-up of advertising campaigns. In 2010, Camille joined American Express as a Premium Product Manager Assistant, handling communication plans and agency briefings. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Groupon France, first as a Strategic Planner responsible for deals coordination and planning, and later as a Revenue Manager & Project Manager, optimizing website pages and managing supply and demand. In 2017, they founded Prêt, Feu, GO!, a game platform, being involved in all aspects of game creation and sales. Starting in 2019, they held the role of Head of Partnerships at Uniplaces, overseeing partnership management until their departure in 2021. Presently, they serve as the People and Culture Manager at Conduktor.

Camille de Metz began their education in 2005 at ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a degree in ESSEC BBA (ex EPSCI). During this period, they studied a wide range of subjects including marketing, economics, international business, finances, law, and languages. In 2008, Camille attended Tecnológico de Monterrey for a brief period and focused on Management International. Later, in 2009, they enrolled in ESCP Business School, where they pursued a Specialized Master in Marketing and Communication for one year.
