Brendan Hodges

As president of HealthTeam Advantage, Hodges is responsible for the health plan’s overall performance in the 13 North Carolina counties served.

He is the first employee of HealthTeam Advantage and served as its compliance officer before becoming president in October 2017.

Hodges came to Cone Health with extensive health care insurance experience; serving in various leadership roles in compliance, internal audit, and claims and as a Medicare compliance officer.

Hodges holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He holds the Certified Internal Auditor® designation.

Hodges volunteers at Ronald McDonald House and St. Benedict Catholic Church, where he serves on the finance council.
