Bhasker Dubey

Bhasker Dubey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bhasker is currently serving as the Director of Operational Efficiencies at AutoTrader.ca. Prior to this, they joined Conestoga College as a Faculty in the School of Business, teaching Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Before their academic role, Bhasker worked at Convictional as a PM - Customer Operations, overseeing customer operations for the company. Bhasker also had a significant tenure at Shopify, where they held the position of Sr Leader SFN Merchant Success. In this role, they led a large international team responsible for the SFN merchant experience post on-boarding. Bhasker also held the position of Business Operations Lead at Shopify Plus.

Earlier in their career, Bhasker worked at Tim Hortons as a Senior Manager, where they managed various strategic initiatives and executed the rebranding strategy for Tim Hortons restaurants across North America. Bhasker also worked on new restaurant development for the Ontario region.

Additionally, Bhasker gained valuable experience at SNC-Lavalin as a Project Management Engineer, where they contributed to the Lower Churchill River Hydroelectric Project (LCP) and managed the Bulk Excavation Contract on the construction site. Bhasker also worked at EBC INC as a Project Management/Scheduler Engineer.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Bhasker co-founded Chanelle Beauty Salon and gained entrepreneurial experience. Bhasker also pursued their MBA at Ivey Business School.

Bhasker Dubey completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. From 2001 to 2005, they pursued a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. After that, they attended Concordia University from 2006 to 2007 where they obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Construction Management. Lastly, in 2014-2015, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on management.
