Luiza B. has extensive work experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and analysis, relational database modeling, and execution of acceptance tests. Luiza started their career as a Young Apprentice at Benteler Automotive in 2008 and then worked as a Business Systems Analyst at various companies, including Potenza Consultoria e Tecnologia, Politec, Global System, Indra, and Edza. Luiza joined the Data Processing Company of the State of Bahia in 2009 and worked as a Business Systems Analyst under different contracts until 2017. During this time, they also served as a Proxy Product Owner and was responsible for backlog items prioritization. In 2017, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Montreal Oficial, where they gained experience in requirements gathering, relational database modeling, and executing acceptance tests. From 2018 to 2021, Luiza worked at Capco as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, performing various consulting roles. Most recently, they are set to begin an internship as a Developer Intern at Conestoga College in 2023.

Luiza B. completed their Graduação Tecnológica in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Centro Universitário Jorge Amado in 2009. Afterward, in 2021, they enrolled at Conestoga College to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis, focusing on Information Technology. In August 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Massimus Consulting and Training (Massimus C&T).
