Executive Administrative Coordinator Information Technology Systems at Conestoga College

Stacey Nichols has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stacey started their career at Bennett Jones LLP in 2007, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer and Facilities & Events Coordinator. In these roles, they managed correspondence, arranged meetings and travel plans, organized events, and maintained confidential files. Stacey then moved to Maplesoft in 2018, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer, and later became the Office Manager & Executive Assistant. In this hybrid role, they managed office facilities, budgets, and contract vendors, in addition to their administrative duties. Currently, Stacey is working at Conestoga College as an Executive Administrative Coordinator in the Information Technology & Systems department. Their responsibilities include providing guidance and support to senior leaders, managing administrative operations, and developing policies and procedures. Stacey's work experience demonstrates their strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as their ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Stacey Nichols completed their Bachelor's degree (Hon) in Modern European History & Canadian History at Trent University from 2003 to 2007.
