Pauline Zwiers

Pauline Zwiers is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Conestoga Meats since January 2013, Pauline Zwiers creates and executes the HR Business Plan while collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to foster organizational development and align culture with strategic goals. Prior to this role, Pauline Zwiers held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Loblaw Companies Limited from October 1996 to January 2013, where oversight included managing HR for 56 Superstores and 31 Extra Foods across Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Pauline Zwiers possesses strong academic credentials, including a Master's in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Toronto, as well as participation in the Loblaw High Potential Leadership Development Program at the Schulich School of Business.
