Carl Cope

Carl Cope has a long and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carl started their career as a Youth Minister at Brodway Church of Christ in 1971 and later served as a Youth Minister at Central Church of Christ in Miami from 1976 to 1983. In 1983, they moved on to become the Director of Publications at Lubbock Christian University, where they stayed until 1998. From 1998 to 2005, Carl worked as the Coordinator of Communications at Region 17 ESC. In 2005, they joined CoNetrix, initially as an Information Security Consultant. Carl later took on the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2013, focusing on hiring and managing personnel, as well as assisting with Information Security audits and projects for clients.

Carl Cope completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Social Work from Lubbock Christian University between 1969 and 1973. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor certification from ISACA in June 2006, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in March 2006.
