Eric started their career at Conewago Enterprises Inc. in 2006, initially working as a Warehouse Worker before transitioning to roles such as Construction Laborer and Estimator. In 2012, they became an Assistant Surveyor before moving on to work as a Heavy Equipment Operator and then a Precast Laborer in 2013. During this time, they gained hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including formwork construction, rebar tying, and lean manufacturing techniques.

In 2014, Eric took on the role of Design Engineer at Conewago Enterprises Inc., showcasing their ability to handle technical and design-related responsibilities. Eric then progressed to becoming an Assistant Project Manager and eventually a Project Manager, where they demonstrated skills in project procurement, subcontractor scheduling, contract writing, and client communication. Eric also spearheaded efforts to standardize and streamline processes through weekly meetings with Assistant Project Managers.

In 2020, Eric joined Conewago Manufacturing as a Sales Director, overseeing sales operations for the Structural Steel division. Eric later assumed the role of Vice President of Concrete Divisions in 2022, where they are responsible for achieving and maintaining safety, quality, production, sales, and erection goals across various concrete divisions, including Precast, Ready-mix, and Portable Plant.
