Wanessa Augusto

Wanessa Augusto has been working in the finance industry since 2010. Wanessa began their career as a Vendedora Consórcio at Porto Seguro, where they worked until 2015. Wanessa then moved to Financeira Alfa as an Operador de Financiamento I. In 2019, Wanessa joined Creditas as a Consultor Comercial Auto Equity. Her role included contacting daily leads in search of a financial solution, understanding the customer's pain points and needs, and confirming data for credit analysis. In 2021, they began working at Ali Crédito as a Gestão de Parceiros Pleno B2B. There, they managed the portfolio to reduce lead time and increase efficiency, identified gaps in the partnership process and suggested improvements, and assumed monthly targets and closings.
