Pili Tobar

Pili Tobar currently serves as a Partner at Conexión since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in communications and advocacy. Prior to this role, Tobar was a Partner at Fireside Campaigns from May 2022 to November 2023 and held key positions at the White House as Deputy Communications Director from January 2021 to May 2022 and as Communications Director for the 59th Presidential Inaugural Committee in December 2020. In the Biden for President campaign, Tobar worked as Communications Director for Coalitions from July 2020 to November 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Director and Managing Director at America’s Voice, Hispanic Media Director for Senator Chuck Schumer, and Advocacy and Communications Director at the Latino Victory Project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, both from the University of Miami.
