Michelle Rhodes

Michelle Rhodes, PMP, currently serves as the VP of Client Operations at Conexis, where involvement with the executive team focuses on shaping strategic direction during global expansion and managing Agile Project Management for system version 2.0. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director, HRBP Operations at OMERS, leading initiatives such as innovative employee reporting through real-time dashboards in Workday. As Director of Leadership & Digital Learning at OMERS, Michelle developed a comprehensive leadership development program and significantly increased virtual training session participation. Prior experience includes a range of roles at PwC, where Michelle managed over 30 consulting projects and led teams across various functions and industries. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Commerce from the University of Toronto with a specialization in Economics and Finance, as well as project management and event management certificates.
