Keith Vierela

Keith Vierela has a wide range of experience in sales and management dating back to 1988. Keith co-founded HyTek Communications and served as Sales Manager. Keith then worked for several companies in regional sales and sales director roles. Keith was an AVP Sales at General Bandwidth, a Regional Sales Director at Accelerated Networks, and a Regional Sales Director at Newbridge Networks. Keith was a Regional Vice President of Sales at BroadSoft, where they delivered sales of cloud-based unified communications platforms to carriers in the southeastern U.S. Keith co-founded Techsphere Systems International, where they were the COO and responsible for the development and execution of the company's business and operations plans. At Meridian Consulting Services, they were a Principal Consultant providing project and program management services, proposal development, subcontract engineering services, and field operations support to manufacturers, systems integrators, and operations organizations. At Sierra Nevada Corporation, they served as a Field Manager, II, responsible for executing all contractual obligations under the contract, serving as the primary customer contact, and acting as a liaison between the customer and engineering in the development and fielding of new technologies, systems, and product enhancements. Keith was subsequently promoted to Production Program Manager and then Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the production and airfield operations management of SNC's modification and production facility near Denver, CO. Their current role is CEO of ConexSmart.
