As the Founder-Partner of Conexus since March 2020, Mike has led the firm in providing strategic solutions for CFO, IT, and HR sectors across various company sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Prior roles include Partner-Founder at Tactical Cloud LLC, Founder CEO of Beacon Resources, and Regional Practice Leader at Tatum, among others, where Mike cultivated strong expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, and project staffing. Mike's career began as a Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young, laying the groundwork for a successful trajectory in finance and accounting. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Mike is recognized for exceptional leadership and recruitment capabilities within the industry.
