Taylor Ritter is an experienced operations manager currently working at Coney Island Prep since May 2021. Previously, Taylor contributed to Girls Who Code as Program Ops for events, where assistance was provided in executing a 2019 kickoff event and organizing virtual tech talks. A community events intern at The Creative Collective NYC involved conducting influencer outreach and planning activations. As Community Relations Coordinator and Office Coordinator at Success Academy Charter Schools, Taylor planned numerous events, developed project plans, and managed internal systems using Microsoft Excel. Taylor also served as a Dream Director Apprentice at The Future Project and engaged with the community as a Community Engagement Intern for the International Festival of Arts & Ideas. Taylor's early experience includes mentoring high school students and managing events during time spent as a Future Corps Leader. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Advertising and Promotions from Southern Connecticut State University.
