Steven Bill

Steven Bill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, education, and pastoral roles. Currently serving as the Lead & Teaching Pastor at Grassroots Church since July 2023, Steven previously held positions at the same church, including Interim Teaching Pastor and Teaching Pastor Intern. Additionally, Steven is a Communications & New Media Marketing Instructor at Confederation College and has operated as a Digital Communications Consultant with DM Me. Consulting Services since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Coordinator of Communications & New Media at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit, where Steven developed the organization's online presence. Steven's earlier career encompassed project management in workforce development with the North Superior Workforce Planning Board and humanitarian work in Bolivia, alongside teaching responsibilities in various subjects at Agape School. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Prairie College.
