Keith served as the Vice President of Global Strategic Account Management at ConferenceDirect, where they focused on building long-term relationships with customers. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hilton, including Senior Global Account Director, Vice President of Sales Strategy & Technology, and Managing Director of Worldwide Sales. Keith's expertise lies in developing innovative solutions, driving customer loyalty, and leading strategic initiatives within sales technology and enterprise relationships. Keith also founded KEA Management Services, LLC, where they continued to provide consulting services in strategic partnerships and business growth across various industry sectors.
Keith Hymel earned their Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Administration from the University of New Orleans. Keith went on to obtain a Masters of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University in 2002. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Content Marketing: Social Media from Lynda.com.
