Mary Miano

Mary Miano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and board governance, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner and Senior Director of Board Governance & Strategy at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors since February 2014. Mary has a strong background in coordinating executive meetings and serving as a policy adviser, having previously held the roles of Director and Senior Manager in the organization. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Partner Relations Manager at UP Global, and as an Account Manager at the Startup America Partnership, focusing on supporting startup communities. Initial career experience included serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Startup America Partnership and as an Attorney Recruiting Assistant at Garrison & Sisson Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Public Relations, and Psychology from Salisbury University.
