Rob Della Santina

Rob Della Santina started their career at Actuate Corporation in 1999 as a Major Account Manager. Rob then worked at Mercado Software as a Sr. Account Executive from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they held the role of Sr. Account Executive at Adobe. After that, they became the AVP of Enterprise Sales at Adobe from 2011 to 2015, and later served as the AVP of Retail & CPG at Adobe from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Rob joined Salesforce as the AVP of Retail, where they worked until September 2020. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & President of Confidence Systems Italy S.r.l. at Confidence Systems, where they aim to instill confidence in business operations and help enterprises maximize productivity.

Rob Della Santina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Saint Mary's College of California.
