Desi Tawni

Desi Tawni has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. From 2003 onwards, they worked as the Director of New Market Development at a confidential pharma company. Before that, from 1998 to 2003, they held the role of District Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. And from 1990 to 1998, they worked at Circuit City, starting as a Store Manager from 1990 to 1993 and then transitioning into the role of District Manager from 1993 to 1998.

Desi Tawni received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Lake Land College from 1990 to 1992. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Tawni pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Tawni furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University from 1999 to 2002.
