Jennifer Nava has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with T-Mobile and T-Mobile USA. Jennifer began their career with T-Mobile USA in 2000 as a Retail Sales Manager, where they gained valuable experience in sales and management. In 2006, they joined T-Mobile and held various positions over the years, including Retail SME, Program Specialist, Business System Analyst, Regional Sales Development Trainer, Sales Training Manager, and Sales & Operations Manager - TPR Sales. During their time at T-Mobile, Jennifer focused on sales training, development, and operations. In 2020, they transitioned to Confie as the Director of Learning and Development, where they are responsible for sales execution, leadership excellence, and training strategy for the sales organization. Jennifer also leads high-performing training design, delivery, and administrative teams and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Jennifer Nava attended Weber State University from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Health Science. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has earned several certifications. Jennifer obtained a Certificate of Completion in The Voice of Leadership from the American Management Association in February 2014. In November 2013, they acquired a Certificate of Completion in Leading at the Speed of Trust, as well as a Certificate of Completion in Developing Executive Leadership from the same institution. Jennifer also completed a Certificate of Completion in Strategies for Developing Effective Presentation in April 2013, also from the American Management Association. Furthermore, Jennifer holds an MBTI Certification from CAPT, although the specific obtained month and year are unknown.
