Salvador Franco

Salvador Franco has over twenty years of work experience in the IT field. Salvador started their career in 1998 as a Network Administrator at Neurobotics. In 2002, they moved on to El Colegio de la Frontera Norte as an IT Engineer/Webmaster, where they installed, implemented, and managed Video Conferencing System (Tandberg 880), researched, implemented, and administered streaming technology (Helix-Server, Real Producer), and researched, designed, implemented, and tested an intranet infrastructure (ASP, MSSQL) and created internal systems. In 2008, they joined Lamkin Corporation as an IT Engineer/WebMaster, where they managed servers and support in three countries including United States, Mexico, and China, and provided remote support to sales team in China, United Kingdom, and Japan. Salvador was also sent to China to set up all IT necessities including network, servers, computers, firewall, and VPN. In 2016, Salvador moved to Confirm BioSciences as a Senior IT Manager and IT Project Manager. Their current role is Supervisor - Business Application Development at Clinical Reference Laboratory, a position they have held since 2022.

Salvador Franco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California between 1995 and 2000. In 2005, they obtained a WEBMASTER certification from New Horizons M\u00e9xico. In 2021, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Continuous Integration: Tools, How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps, Learning GitHub Actions, and Learning Jenkins (2018). In 2022, they obtained a C# & .NET: Programming certification from LinkedIn.
