Riccardo Munisso

Riccardo Munisso has been working in the software development field since 2002. Riccardo began their career at Cimolai Spa as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for the requirement analysis, design, development and maintenance of a CAM software. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Adamans as a Software Developer, developing an e-commerce website using open source software in a Linux environment. Riccardo then moved to Research And Markets, where they worked as a .Net (C#) Developer and was responsible for maintaining, bug fixing and adding new features to the existing intranet, the public website (e-commerce) and various internal services. In 2012, Riccardo joined Ancestry as a Senior Software Engineer, developing a prototype single page application. Riccardo then became a Senior Development Manager at Ancestry, responsible for the professional growth of the team members and coordinating the work between the team in Ireland and teams of contractors based remotely in Ukraine and India. In 2018, they joined Intercom as an Engineering Manager, providing front-end components to speed up the work for all the other teams building customer facing features. In 2021, Riccardo became the Head Of Engineering at Lokky, and in 2022 they will join Confirm as a Senior Staff Software Engineer.

Riccardo Munisso obtained a Diploma in Informatics from Istituto tecnico industriale J.F. Kennedy between 1997 and 2002. In 2007, they received a MCTS 70-536 from Pipeline Srl. In 2012, they completed a course with Lucid Imagination. In 2014, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Riccardo then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Cloud Computing from the National College of Ireland in 2016.
