Ed Ploeger

Ed Ploeger is a seasoned accounting professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in financial and business accounting within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Confluence Academies since May 2023, Ed previously held the position of Controller at BAM Contracting, LLC from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to this, Ed enjoyed a long tenure at Breckenridge Material Company, advancing from Controller to Vice President of Accounting/Finance from 2001 to 2019. Ed also served as Controller at Standard Ready Mix Concrete Co. for over a decade, where significant advancements were made in accounting systems. Ed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Business from Morningside College and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Western Iowa Tech Community College.
