Heather MacSwain

Heather MacSwain, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Confluence Outdoor since September 2017, acting as a strategic HR business partner for the leading paddling gear company. Previously, Heather held the position of HR Generalist at Precision Valve Corporation, where responsibilities included enhancing employee relations and maintaining compliance with employment laws.
