Kirsten Garret

Kirsten Garrett, SPHR, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Confluence, a global leader in data-driven investment management solutions, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kirsten held the position of Chief People Officer at QGenda from October 2020 to August 2022, contributing to provider scheduling and labor analytics for over 3,000 organizations. Kirsten's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv from January 2019 to October 2020 and at Raymond James Financial, Inc. from December 2007 to December 2018. Earlier roles include HR Partner at HSN and HR Manager at Platinum Consulting Group. Kirsten's educational background includes a Securities Industry Institute from The Wharton School, an MBA from Colorado State University, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
