Phil Major

Phil Major has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Phil began their career in the US Army as an Infantryman from 1998 to 2004, serving in Germany and Kansas. After their military service, Phil worked at Alorica as an Operations Manager and Team Manager for three years, where they managed over 100 team members and gained extensive experience in performance metrics and customer relations. Phil then transitioned to positions at The Wendy's Company and Sprint, serving as a Shift Manager and Sales Floor Manager, respectively. In 2013, Phil joined Advise Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst, where they played a crucial role in the system development life cycle and collaborated with stakeholders. Following the acquisition of Advise Technologies by Compliance Solutions Strategies, they continued their role as a Senior Business Analyst. Most recently, Phil joined Confluence in 2022 as a Senior Product Analyst, where their responsibilities expanded in both title and scope within the Confluence family of products. Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Phil Major completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at Kansas State University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Green River College between 1996 and 1998.
