Vivian Bernardo

Vivian Bernardo has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a System Administrator RisPacs at Confluence since 2016. Prior to that, they held the same role at Digitalmed Inovações em Software from 2015 to 2016. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as an Analista de Suporte at Hospital Beneficencia Portuguesa de São Paulo. In the early stages of their career, they worked at T-Systems from 2001 to 2008 as an Analista de Suporte Jr., where they were responsible for various tasks such as Exchange Server administration, Lotus Notes administration, and providing support for Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, Windows Server, and Office.

Vivian Bernardo completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from IESA, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Ibmec. Vivian also obtained the certification of Scrum Fundamentals Certified in January 2018 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
