Alejandro Martijena is an accomplished Regional Sales Director at Confluent, overseeing Enterprise & Digital Native segments across Latin America and The Caribbean since December 2017. With a strong track record in sales leadership, Alejandro has received multiple President's Club awards in 2020, 2021, and 2023, alongside the 2021 AE MVP of the Year Award for Commercial Americas. Prior to Confluent, Alejandro held sales development roles at NewVoiceMedia and Conga, focusing on business development and enterprise sales. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's of Arts in International/Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
