Hans Jespersen

Hans Jespersen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in pre-sales engineering, customer success, and technical account management. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Success Group at Confluent since May 2016, Hans has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Solutions Engineering and Vice President of Customer Solutions Engineering. Prior to Confluent, Hans was Vice President of Systems Engineering at Solace Systems and held significant positions at Endeca Technologies, TIBCO, Teknekron Software Systems, Sun Microsystems, Pyramid Technology, and AT&T Canada, where Hans demonstrated expertise in developing technical pre-sales organizations and driving business development. Hans earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
