Kajal Kamdar

Kajal Kamdar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in technical program management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of TPM and Operations for Engineering and Product at Confluent since June 2019. Previously, Kajal held key roles at LinkedIn as Head of Big Data and Data Science TPM and Senior Staff TPM for Data, at Twitter as Senior Technical Program Manager overseeing content and discovery features, and at Zynga managing the API platform and new game launches. Early career experiences include program management at Accuray and Microsoft, along with software engineering roles at Hughes Network Systems. Kajal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. Additional educational background includes studies at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and JML.
