Lena Hampton

Lena Hampton possesses extensive experience in human resources and people business partnership, particularly in the technology and research and development sectors. Currently serving as Global Senior Director of People Business Partners for R&D at Confluent, Lena has previously held prominent roles including Global Director and Senior People Business Partner in the same division. Prior to Confluent, Lena was a Global HR Business Partner at Spotify, and also worked at Microsoft as an HR Business Partner. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Human Resource Generalist and Recruitment Specialist at Samsung Electronics America, as well as foundational roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern at CSAV.
