Neil Hudson

Neil Hudson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and software development. Currently serving as Team Lead, Solutions Engineering at Confluent since February 2019, Neil designs strategies to align sales and customer success with technical solutions. Neil's previous roles include Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent, Enterprise Sales Engineer at Mesosphere, Inc., and Principal Solutions Architect at CloudBees, where leadership in enterprise technology and customer transformation was paramount. Neil also has a strong background in software engineering, with significant contributions at Red Hat, Concord Energy, Allston Trading, and SunGard Capital Markets. Neil holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
