Denise Pedulla

Ms. Pedulla has served as theirc Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since March 2022. In this role, she is responsible for leading Conformis’ legal, governance, and compliance functions. Ms. Pedulla brings to this role nearly 30 years of diverse legal experience in the areas of SEC compliance and reporting, corporate governance, legal contracting, corporate financing, global ethics and compliance, FDA and health care regulation, labor and employment, intellectual property (IP) portfolio strategy, and enterprise risk management.
