Michael Fillion

Mike Fillion is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Conformis, Mike has previously held significant leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Tecomet, Inc. and Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations at ESCO Corporation. Additionally, Mike has served as Vice President of Operations for the Mining Division at ESCO and as Vice President & General Manager at Precision Castparts. During tenure at Firth Rixson, prior to its acquisition by Alcoa, Mike was the General Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an Executive Development Certificate from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
