Rasa Kubilaite

Rasa Kubilaite has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In their most recent position at Congo Brands, they serve as the E-Commerce Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Alani Nutrition as the E-commerce Marketing Manager.

From 2020 to 2021, Rasa held roles at Adalane Media Group, including Director of Media & Development Operations and Account and Project Manager.

Rasa also has experience as the Managing Partner & CEO at ZIPSTERS, where they oversaw IT consultants and managed staffing service infrastructure.

Before that, Rasa worked at SIDC Group as a Business Analyst and Head of Administration, where they implemented administrative procedures and policy systems, streamlined work processes, and supervised administrative personnel.

Additionally, Rasa served as the Co-Owner of VšĮ "Laniva", where they organized events and provided financial and managerial administration. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Launchmen and as the Head of Department and Assistant Director/HR Manager at UAB "Senukų prekybos centras."

Throughout their career, Rasa has demonstrated skills in operations management, marketing, project management, business analysis, and team leadership.

Rasa Kubilaite attended Klaipėdos Hermano Zudermano gymnasium from 1995 to 2007. Rasa obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LCC international university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their education, they also obtained a certification in Administrative system and documentation of European Union structural funds from the Ministry of Finance in October 2016.
