Emily Rhodes

Emily Rhodes is an accomplished administrative manager with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations emphasizing community empowerment and support services. Currently managing operations at Congo Initiative since November 2021, Emily has successfully overseen grant management, logistical planning for board retreats, and CRM implementation. Previously, as a Supportive Services Specialist at the Center for Employment Opportunities, innovative strategies were developed for assisting formerly incarcerated clients, which included establishing collaborations with over 30 organizations. Emily's tenure as Director of Family Services at New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity involved managing family-centered programs and enhancing service access for over 400 homeowners. With educational credentials including a Master of Arts in Justice & Advocacy from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tufts University, Emily demonstrates a strong commitment to public service and community development.
