J. David Williams

J. David Williams has extensive experience in music leadership and performance, currently serving as the Senior Organist at Congregation Rodeph Sholom since 2008 and as the Director of Music at Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church since 1993. Prior professional experience includes a role as an administrative assistant at firms such as CS First Boston and Deloitte & Touche from January 1989 to January 2002. J. David Williams holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Organ Performance from Manhattan School of Music, a Master’s Degree in Organ Performance from The Juilliard School, and Bachelor’s Degrees in Organ Performance from the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, supplemented by studies at Union University and Memphis State University.
