Heidi Golding

Heidi Golding is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office since August 2003. Prior to this, Heidi worked as a Project Director and Research Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses from July 1996 to August 2003. With a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, their work focuses on military personnel issues, recruitment, retention, and compensation within the Department of Defense.
