Kaustuv Dasgupta

Kaustuv Dasgupta has worked in various roles across many industries. Kaustuv began their career in 2005 as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for leading a team in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications focused on operational processes. Kaustuv then moved on to become a Consultant at the same company, where they streamlined and automated employee travel and relocation to company and client locations, as well as optimized employees' onsite remuneration calculations.

In 2011, Kaustuv Dasgupta began working as a Freelance Content and Communications Consultant, creating website content and writing video scripts for clients. In 2013, they joined Congruent Global, Inc. as a Vice President Projects, General Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. In this role, they managed multiple project teams, gathered requirements, solutionized, and provided pre-sales support to the marketing team, among other responsibilities. Kaustuv also served as an Associate Project Manager.

Finally, in 2017, Kaustuv Dasgupta became a Radio Jockey at All India Radio, where they hosted English music live request shows for FM Rainbow 101. 4 and FM Gold 100. 1 at AIR Chennai.

Kaustuv Dasgupta completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering between 2001 and 2005. Kaustuv then went on to receive an ICSE / ISC from Loyola School, Thiruvananthapuram between 1988 and 2001. Finally, they obtained a PGDM (General Management) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2012 to 2013.
