Lisa Brackett

Lisa Brackett, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Lisa most recently served as the Vice President of People at Congruex, LLC, where they played a crucial role in managing employee needs and overseeing programs such as health and safety, leave of absence, and background checks. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Spy Optic as the Human Resources Director, responsible for talent acquisition, compliance with regulations, and compensation and benefits programs. Lisa also held the position of Human Resources Director at Croce's Restaurant & Bars and served as the Corporate Services Manager at Douglas E Barnhart, Inc.

Lisa Brackett, PHR completed their Co-Active Coach Training at CTI in 2013. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from San Diego State University. Additionally, Lisa Brackett, PHR participated in Semester at Sea and studied at the University of San Diego.
