Candace Hancock

Candace Hancock is an experienced professional in patient access management, currently serving as the Manager of Implementation & Optimization at Conifer Health Solutions since January 2005, where responsibilities include process excellence and enterprise-wide change management for patient access initiatives. Prior to this role, Candace worked as the Patient Access Manager at Memorial Hixson, a 69-bed hospital, overseeing daily operations and focusing on employee engagement and performance in customer service. Earlier in the career, Candace served as a Patient Access Supervisor at Erlanger Health System, the seventh largest public hospital in the United States. Candace holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Bryan College and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Human Services from Chattanooga State Community College.
