Donna Costanza

Donna Costanza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Donna started their career in 1997 as the Chief Operating Officer at Cap Management Systems, where they oversaw operations for multiple risk-based commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid clients. Donna then joined Conifer Health Solutions in 2013 as the Vice President of Financial Risk Management, where they managed revenue and medical spend for over 40 risk-based clients. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Coast Healthcare Management, LLC, where they led the consolidation and wind-down activities of the management service organization into Conifer Health Solutions. Donna has extensive experience in managing client relationships, leading teams, and ensuring the financial success of healthcare organizations.

Donna Costanza has a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from California State University, Northridge. Donna also holds a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Glendale University, College of Law.
