Libby Willson

Libby Willson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Libby is currently the Director of AR Operations Management at Conifer Health Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Director of Revenue Cycle Management at HealthTrackRx. Libby also held roles at DJO as a Shared Services Senior Manager, at Breg as a Billing Quality Manager and later as a Continuous Improvement Manager, at ExamOne as a Supervisor of Adjacent Market Operations, and at Quest Diagnostics as a Training and Process Specialist, Operations Specialist, and Laboratory Scientist. Throughout their career, Libby has demonstrated skills in program management, process improvement, relationship management, training development, and project management.

Libby Willson has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Liberty University. They also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Franklin College. In addition, Libby possesses a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, obtained in 2021.
