Romina White serves as Vice President of Patient Services. She is responsible for developing the strategy that elevates the patient experience as well as driving operational improvements. Additionally, she will serve as subject matter expert in analytics methodologies and best practices. Romina’s experience in patient access spans two decades, from ER front-line registration to the development of a hospital centralized scheduling unit, access department management, the development of national training, and the implementation of ADT platforms.
Most recently, Romina served as Vice President of Client Delivery where she led end-to-end revenue cycle services for one of Conifer’s largest clients and supported operations and major client initiatives. Additionally she collaborated with client executive leaders on how revenue cycle management can continue to empower and align with their strategic plans. Prior to her current role, Romina served as Associate Vice President, Patient Access operations nationwide and oversaw more than 2,000 patient access team members. She also previously served as Conifer Health’s Patient Access National Training Manager.
Romina earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in education from Hope International University. She was the recipient of National Association of Healthcare Access Management’s (NAHAM) 2011 Doris E. Gleason Publication Award.
