Ari Shachter

Ari Shachter currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Conifer Realty, a position held since February 2023, following a tenure as Director of Acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Developer at Pennrose and holding various roles at Regions Bank focused on underwriting and affordable housing. Ari's career began at KPMG US as a Tax Associate, with responsibilities in tax analysis and auditing. Additional experience includes roles in acquisitions analysis at Orchard Principals and in tax preparation at PwC. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ari also demonstrated leadership as President of the Young Entrepreneurs Society.
