Kevin Day

Kevin Day joined Conifer in 2022 as Vice President, Portfolio Management. Kevin plays a key part in developing and executing strategies for Conifer’s existing affordable assets. Additionally, he helps evaluate potential new portfolios and business opportunities.

Kevin holds over 15 years of experience in portfolio management, investment, and operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Portfolio and Investment Advisor at Evopolis Inc., where he provided boutique development and portfolio management solutions to real estate clients, negotiated equity for development projects, and provided workout, financing, and acquisition consulting.

Kevin holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University, as well as an M.P.P. from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
