Paul Marfione

Paul Marfione joined Conifer in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Development Director on the Conifer Leadership Team. He is responsible for directing multiple projects in various stages, including project design, financing, local approvals, construction, lease-up, and permanent conversion. Paul currently oversees development activity and Initiatives In New York State while also supporting the Conifer development team’s Initiative of further expansion throughout the Southeast. Paul brings a dynamic approach to each development opportunity, fostering collaboration with local stakeholders and partners. With this approach and skillset, he has led many successful new Conifer communities to fruition, on time, on budget, and meeting or exceeding expectations.

Prior to joining Conifer, Paul worked as a public accountant for a regional accounting firm in Rochester, New York. During this time, he was responsible for the auditing, attestation, valuation, and income tax preparation for clients across a wide array of industries, including affordable housing.

In 2016, Paul received the Conifer Award of Excellence for his dedication and quality of work, while consistently demonstrating Conifer Values. He has a B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher College, with a Minor Concentration in Finance.
