Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Interim Divisional CFO at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at multiple companies including Hercules Materials Holdings LLC, Inland Trailer S de RL de CV, and Conlan Tire Co. Prior to these roles, Michael spent three decades at Ford Motor Company, where significant positions included Model e Controller for Product Development, Global Controller for Warranty, and Global Controller for Material Planning & Logistics. Michael holds an MBA with honors in Finance and Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rice University.
