Nonduduzo Shongwe

Nonduduzo Shongwe is an experienced Human Capital Officer at Conlog (Pty) Ltd since March 2020, previously serving as a Human Capital Graduate. With a strong foundation in HR principles, administrative skills, and talent acquisition, Nonduduzo is dedicated to optimizing organizational performance through strategic human capital management. Nonduduzo's educational background includes an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management, both obtained from the University of Johannesburg. Additionally, Nonduduzo gained experience as a student tutor at the University of Johannesburg from February to November 2018.
