Aidan O'Shea

Aidan O'Shea has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Aidan started their career as an Auditor at KPMG in 1993 and later worked as a Financial Accountant at Liebert from 1996 to 1999. Aidan then joined Logitech as a Finance Manager from 1999 to 2001. After that, they worked at Cambrex as a Financial Controller/HR from 2001 to 2004. Aidan then joined Stryker in 2004 and held various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Managing Director/Plant Leader, Human Resources Director, Vice President HR of Europe, and Vice President Operations until 2020. Currently, Aidan serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, International at CONMED Corporation.

Aidan O'Shea's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from University College Cork. Aidan also completed the Stryker Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and earned ACA and FCA qualifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland. In addition, they have obtained certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup.
